Dial Indicator - Internal Measuring Instruments - Caliper Gauge - Measuring Tables - Magnetic Bases
A dial indicator is a very accurate mechanical instrument for measuring of length where the measured displacement is transferred to the pointer. The pointer usually moves around an equally divided round scale. Many dial indicators find application in comparative, flatness or runout measurements. Our range includes dial indicators with shock protection, water and oil resistance and different measuring inserts and extensions. We also have dial indicators with accuracy 1/1000 mm and Universal test indicators in our range. Universal test indicators are mostly used for comparison measurement. With digital dial indicators you have the choice to read the measured values in mm or inch. Some models can be connected to the computer with an interface (category 2). Internal measuring instruments are used for measuring of cylindrical bore and their form deviations. You can adjust the internal measuring instrument with changeable measuring pins. The Measured data can be read with a mechanical or a digital dial indicator. Caliper gauges find their application in direct measurements of inside grooves, bore sizes and wall thicknesses. Such articles have got 2 probe arms (1 of them is movable) and very small measuring surfaces whereby the measurement results are very accurate in a short time even in difficult places. We can offer you dial caliper gauges for inside and outside measurement in digital and analogous version. A strong and flat surface for the test set-up is necessary at different measurement methods and control procedures. For having this strong and flat surface we can offer you measuring tables in different sizes. For insert of dial indicators or universal test indicators we advise our magnetic bases which clings with the help of a magnetic base on steel or cast surfaces.
